Warranty for one year on all products, simply email in and address instruction to mail your item back for any adjustments, with only a $2 oversized envelope stamp is needed. We will change for free and ship back or free.

Shipping is $2 only. Shipped within 24 hours. Delivered usually through Canada Post 4-7 business days is typical.

Stainless Steel Jewelry - Yes is anti-tarnish! Like anything you wear, your sweat, creams, perfumes, dirt etc can make anything dirty like your clothes. Easy to Clean sometimes even a quick swipe with a cotton cloth is all you need.

Deep cleaning methods for Stainless steel or the Sterling components (note: For Sterling if you keep in the organza bag given or in a ziplock it does not change colour. Exposure to air changes the look of sterling no matter what sterling silver it is. More you wear the less cleaning. Feel free to google methods, our favourites are glass dish line with foil, hot water with backing soda, or buy a fashion jewelry cleaner dip at a local store.
